The McC vineyard sits in Erdevik, on the slopes of Fruška Gora in northern Serbia.
McC follows organic cultivation and draws on biodynamic principles, paying attention to the relationship between soil, vines and the wider growing environment. That vineyard work provides the foundation for our wines.
Organic certification and biodynamic practice are distinct. The documents published here certify listed wines as organic; biodynamic principles describe the approach that informs our vineyard work.

ECOCERT Balkan certifies listed wines under Serbian organic rules, valid 18 February–6 December 2026. ECOCERT SAS certifies preparation and export under EU organic rules, valid 11 February 2026–31 March 2027. Each document names the wines and vintages covered. View both certificates below.
