While only official from next spring, the occasional vineyard in Serbia does carry Organic Certification. We already have several wineries that work on all the requirements of organic production. Some with international varieties, while others boldly blending indigenous and newly discovered variants. But without much doubt, a consensus has been reached that these (McC Wines) are currently the best Serbian wines in this segment.
